PartyPalooza 2018 Recap | Rock The House

On Sunday November 18, Rock The House had the honor of co-sponsoring Cleveland’s premier party planning showcase, PartyPalooza! With the help of Party411 Events, Cleveland Marriott East, and Event Source, guests of all ages had a fun-filled day learning about all of the great services vendors in Northeast Ohio can provide.

Green Screen Photo Station by Rock The House

Guests were greeted by Rock The House and Party411 team members as they came through the doors of the Cleveland Marriott East. After registering, they received a goodie bag and headed toward the ballroom to partake in all of the festivities. Prior to entering, our friendly RTH photo booth host offered attendees a free photo shoot using our Green Screen Photo Station. Equipped with a custom PartyPalooza design, our Rock The House photo booth had everyone jumping in to strike a pose in front of the green screen beachscape and Cleveland skyline.

Fire & Light Performing Arts

As guests entered the ballroom, they passed through a beautiful balloon arch created by Pink Gorilla Balloons and Events just for this event! Attendees were greeted with energy and motion throughout the room. Fire and Light Arts had roving performers, a stilt walker, and a giant bubble ball rolling around the event with a person inside of it! Children were awestruck by the grace they showcased as they floated around and above the room.

Spectacular Party Entertainment

The first thing that captured guests’ attention when they walked in was Sherri Foxman’s Party411 Events table. With their multiple colors, and an array of creations, it’s no wonder why Sherri is so well-known in this industry. As the founder of PartyPalooza, she brought it to a whole new level as well as showcased quality and customization in a stunning way. You couldn’t miss her spectacular Mitchell’s Ice Cream themed bat mitzvah decorations, or the fun “let it glow” customized photo centerpiece cubes. Little kids were enthralled with Spectacular Party Entertainment’s very own Belle and Spiderman, and couldn’t help but stop to get their picture with their favorite characters.

Our dancers had a blast busting a move with the kids and even taught a few some “follow me” dances in front of our booth. There was even a friendly hula hoop competition (spoiler alert: the kids won). They enjoyed playing Giant Scrabble and Giant Connect Four with kids and adults alike. The friendly competition continued when some of the kids jumped on the foosball table with our entertainers. There wasn’t a shortage of laughter and cheering as teams scored against each other and near misses happened on the “field.”

Vendors of all different backgrounds were highlighted by our pinspot lighting, making it easy for attendees to navigate the ballroom to find perfect additions for their events. Add in the moving lights on top of the 40’ wide LED wall, and the party never stopped throughout the day. Everywhere you looked, you could see the crowd having a great time chatting with and learning from all the PartyPalooza vendors that ranged from caterers, entertainers, unique venues, and photographers, to stationery makers and interactive activity options for your event.
